I also offer yoga mentoring and mind support sessions worldwide and in Australia.

My approach is compassionate and solution-focused, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other therapeutic techniques. Every session is customized to your unique situation and goals.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes, I offer flexible telehealth appointments via phone or Google Meet, so you can access support from the comfort of your home or wherever you feel most comfortable. We offer online counselling services for clients across Australia and Telehealth therapy.

What are your office hours?

I offer flexible scheduling, including after-hours and Saturday appointments, to accommodate your busy lifestyle.

Where are you located?

My counselling practice is online, and telehealth sessions allow me to work with clients from any location worldwide and in Australia.

How long does a session last?

Typically, initial first consultation sessions last 60 minutes and follow up sessions last 50 minutes. However, extended sessions can be arranged if required in some cases.

How much does a session cost?

Fees vary depending on the type and duration of the session. We offer affordable counselling and mentoring worldwide, across Australia, NSW. Please contact us directly to discuss pricing and payment options depnding on the options available.

Do you accept insurance?

Currently, I do not process insurance claims. However, I can provide receipts for you to submit for potential reimbursement if your insurance policy covers counselling.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by emailing or scheduling online.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

I request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
